The fee includes:
- Participation in the race ( number and crew accreditations).
- Sustenance during the race.
- Collectible medal where the head of Melpomene is depicted to those who finish within time, a participation diploma to those who do not finish.
- Race t-shirt or other souvenir.
- Transportation from Athens to Agia Anna and from Delphi to Athens.
- Transfer of the athlete to the finish area in case of withdrawal from the race.
- There will be provisions for showers for those who wish to use them immediately after finishing, in hotel rooms reserved for this purpose.
- “Meal provision for the athletes will take place on Saturday afternoon after the race finishes, in a restaurant in Delphi
- Gifts or souvenirs
Please note that the participation fee remains the same, irrespective of someone’s choice to use the race bus from Athens to Agia Anna and from Delphi to Athens. Runners who wish to book a seat in the bus should state this in the application form.
The participation fee for the support crews is euros per person and includes lunch after awards ceremony
The organιzer is to provide medical cover. There will medical doctors and ambulances during the race.
ECONOMIC POLICY: In case of cancellation of the participation until 15/3/2026 if the entry fee has bee paid , 50% of the amount is returned. No refund, or credit for future events, will be paid for any cancellations received after 15/3/2026
CONFIRMATION An email will be sent as soon as an application has been accepted. Runners are to pay for the participation the latest until 10/4/2025 , in the following bank account. No further applications will be considered after the deadline.
Note: Any bank commission or transfer fee, if the deposit is made from another bank or electronically, is the responsibility of the participant and not the organizers.
Please ensure that the athlete’s name is clearly written on the payment to help us identify who has made the deposit.
