EUCHIDIOS ATHLOS  DELPHI-PLATAEA 107,5 KM.  MAY 15-17 2026

PARTICIPATION FEE: The participation fee is    euros

The fee includes:
-    Participation in the race ( number and crew accreditations).

-    Water and food supply during the race

-    Meals (pasta, potatoes, soups, etc.) at 2 central check points (stations)

-    The Euchida’s torch, medal, a collectible medal from the Nine Muses race, certificate of completion to those who finish within time , a participation diploma to those who    do not finish in time limits.
-    Race t-shirt or other souvenir.
-    Transportation to Delphi  for those who do not finish.

-    Dinner on Saturday evening  16 May 2026  after the finish of the race

-    Accommodation  with breakfast on Saturday 16 May  2026 after the finish of the race in a hotel in Delphi
-     Lunch  on Sunday   17 May  2026   after  the awards ceremony.
-    Gifts or souvenirs

The participation  fee for the   support crews is    euros per person . Supporters are entitled to accommodation and meals as their athletes.

It is clarified that the financial fee remains unchanged and is not affected by the addition or removal of any service.

Important Information for Athletes and Supporters

All athletes and  supporters will receive a special badge, which must be presented to the staff in order to receive meals.
Please make sure to keep your badge safe throughout the event, as it will be required for meal access. Without it, meals will not be provided.

For those who wish to use the race bus for their transportation from Athens to Plataea on Friday afternoon 15/5/2026, and from Delphi to Athens on Sunday 17/5/2026 after awards ceremony there is an additional cost of    euros 

ECONOMIC POLICY: In case  of cancellation of the participation until 15/3/2026 if the entry fee has been paid , 50% of the amount is returned. No refund, or credit for future events, will be paid for any  cancellations received after 15/3/2026 

The organizer is to provide medical cover. There will medical doctors and ambulances during the race, as well as physiotherapists .

Note: Any bank commission likely to be incurred by the bank society as a result of the above transaction needs to be paid by the applicant and not by the organizer.

Please , be sure to write the name of the athlete when depositing the entry fee so that we know who paid.

An email will be sent as soon as an application has been accepted. Runners are to pay for the participation fee, the latest  until 10/4/2026 , in the following bank account. No further applications will be considered after the deadline.
