21.30- Boarding the bus for the transport of athletes to Agia Anna The bus will be located in Karaiskaki Square in front of the theater Peroke and next to the Crystal Hotel (formerly Stanley). 

Sunday May 11 2025

00.00-00.15      Arrival of the bus in Agia Anna

23.30-01.30      Receipt of  numbers, accreditations and delivery of drop-bags ,at thestarting point
                          in Agia Anna (Saturday to Sunday)

01.30-01.45      short technical briefing at the start area

02.00                start of 9 Muses ultra race Thalia

06.30-07.00      waiting for the arrival of the first runner

06.30-11.00      Shower and breakfast provided 

11.00                arrival of the last runner, closing of the race

12.00-13.00      33th TOUCH OF DELFIC LIGHT-EUCHIDAS TORCH RELAY  at Agelos Sikelianos Museum Delphi

13.30- 14.30      Awarding of prizes to the winners of the race

14.30-16.15       Meal provision for all athletes 
16.30 -16.45      Departure of the race bus for the return of the athletes
                           in Athens.
