The fee includes:
- Participation in the race (number and crew accreditations).
- Water and food supply during the race
- Meals (pasta, potatoes, soups, etc.) at 6 central check points (stations)
- The Euchida’s torch, medal, a collectible medal from the Nine Muses race, certificate of completion to those who finish within time ,
a participation diploma to those who do not finish.
- Race t-shirt or other souvenir.
- Transportation to the finish line in case of withdrawal from the race
- Pasta party on Thursday evening 14 May 2026 eve of the race.
- Accommodation with breakfast on Thursday 14 May 2026 in a hotel in Delphi ( the night before the race)
- Hotel stay in Delphi in case of race withdrawal
- Accommodation with breakfast on Saturday 16 May 2026 after the finish of the race in a hotel in Delphi
- Dinner on Saturday evening 16 May 2026 after the finish of the race
- Lunch on Sunday 17 May 2026 after the awards ceremony.
- Gifts or souvenirs.
The participation fee for the support crews is euros per person . Supporters are entitled to accommodation and meals as their athletes.
Important Information for Athletes and Supporters
All athletes and supporters will receive a special badge, which must be presented to the staff in order to receive meals. Please make sure to keep your badge safe throughout the event, as it will be required for meal access. Without it, meals will not be provided.
Participation Fee & Deadlines
Once your participation application has been accepted, a deposit of €50 must be paid within 20 days from the date of the acceptance email.
The final payment of the participation fee, as well as the registration deadline, is set for March 30th, 2026 the latest.
FINANCIAL POLICY: In case of cancellation up to February 28, 2026, 50% of the deposited amount will be refunded. For cancellations after February 28, 2026, any amount already paid will not be refunded or credited for future use.
Note: Any bank fees incurred (e.g. for transfers made from another bank or electronically) are the responsibility of the depositor/athlete, not the organizers.
We also kindly ask you to always include the name of the athlete making the payment, so we can identify who has paid.
The organiser is to provide medical cover. There will medical doctors and ambulances during the race, as well as physiotherapists .
An email will be sent as soon as an application has been accepted. Runners are to pay for the participation fee, the latest until 30/3/2026 , in the following bank account. No further applications will be considered after the deadline.
