PARTICIPATION FEE:
The fee includes:
- Participation in the race (number and crew accreditations).
- Sustenance during the race.
- The Euchida’s torch, medal, a collectible medal from the Nine Muses race, certificate of completion to those who finish within time , a participation diploma to those who do not finish.
- Race t-shirt or other souvenir.
- Transportation to Delphi for those who do not finish.
- Pasta party on Thursday evening 16 May 2024 eve of the race.
- Accommodation on Thursday 16 May 2024 with breakfast in Delphi
- Accommodation on Saturday 18 May 2024 after the finish of the race, with breakfast
- Dinner on Saturday 18 May 2024 after the finish of the race
- Lunch on Sunday 19 May 2024 after the awards ceremony.
- Gifts or souvenirs.
The participation fee for the support crews is 120 euros per person . Supporters are entitled to accommodation and meals as their athletes.
ECONOMIC POLICY: In case of cancellation of the participation until 28/2/2024 if the entry fee has been paid , 50% of the amount is returned. No refund, or credit for future events, will be paid for any cancellations received after 28/2/2024
The organiser is to provide medical cover. There will medical doctors and ambulances during the race, as well as physiotherapists .
An email will be sent as soon as an application has been accepted. Runners are to pay for the participation fee, the latest until 15/3/2024 , in the following bank account. No further applications will be considered after the deadline.
