04:00 – Departure of the race bus for the transportation of the athletes from Athens to Agia Anna.
The bus will be located at Karaiskaki Square, in front of Crystal Hotel (formerly Stanley Hotel).
06:00–06:30 – Arrival of the race bus in Agia Anna.
06:00–07:30 – Bib number and accreditation collection at the starting point (Athina Hotel).
Delivery of athletes’ drop bags at the registration desk.
07:30–07:45 – Gathering of athletes at the start line and brief instructions.
08:00 – Race start.
12:30–13:15 – Estimated arrival time of the first athlete in Delphi.
17:00 – Estimated arrival of the last athlete – end of race.
17:15–17:45 – Award ceremony for the winners at the finish area.
17:00–19:30 – Dinner for the athletes (location to be announced later).
19:45–20:00 – Departure of the race bus for the return trip to Athens.
Important Notice: Athletes who wish to shower after finishing the race may do so at a hotel
where rooms have been reserved specifically for this purpose (the name of the hotel will be announced in the final program).
These rooms are only for participants of the “9 Muses Race.”
Attention: Please bring your own towel. The hotel is not obliged to provide one. Note: The above program is preliminary and may be subject to changes.
The final program, includingadditional details and final athlete instructions, will be published approximately one month before the race.
