14:30–15:00 – Boarding the bus for the transfer of athletes to Plataeae. The bus will be waiting at Karaiskaki Square, next to Crystal Hotel (formerly Stanley Hotel).
15:00–18:00 – Race number collection from the race office at the entrance to Plataeae and drop-bag delivery.
16:00–16:30 – Bus arrival in Plataea.
18:30–18:50 – Briefing and welcome address.
19:00 – Start of the Euchidios Athlos.
Sunday, 9 May 2027 – Delphi
04:00–04:30 – Waiting for the arrival of the first runner.
05:00–10:30 – Shower facilities and breakfast will be available (the hotel venue will be announced at a later date).
11:00 – Arrival of the last runner and race closing.
12:00–13:00 – Lighting of the Delphic Flame and Euchidios Torch Relay.
13:30–14:30 – Awards ceremony.
14:30–16:00 – Meal for all athletes.
16:15–16:30 – Bus departure for the return journey to Athens. End of events.
